In the cloister of the little church of Biacis, near Pulfero, there are
an ancient stone slab. (around which, during medieval age , the local
governors seated together to discuss about political and economic questions).
On this slab there are many symbols, surely made in different historic
periods. There is a nice Tria, more visible, with on the top another one,
less obvious.
Very interesting is that the engraving was created between two natural
parallel furrows, therefore taking advantage of existing veins in the
stone. The central position of the Tria, relative to the slab, it is legitimate
to think that this is one of the first drawing made, and certainly very
ancient.
Special features of this Tria is the cross in the central square; analyzing
the different type of engrave, is ralistic think that it was added at
a later time.
This confirm that the TRIE, in origin, are not Christian symbols and therefore
does not belong to either Templar culture. I think these signs are part
of the legacy left by an ancient culture, to which, and in later times,
people have attributed the wide variety of meanings.
